FLORIDA'S top rider 2017

Florida's Top Rider is a 2017 tournament based on the following:
 

• All events for the 2017 year in the state of Florida will be considered for this tournament, excluding In-Hand events.
• Your best 20 scores will be used to calculate your tournament score based on the weighted obstacle average score (WOA) from each event.
• At least 10 of the 20 events must be Trail Challenges (or OT with at least 5 miles of trail).
• Qualifying events must be inclusive of at least more than 1 location.
• Average Obstacle Score is defined as your total score divided by the number of obstacles at the event.  This allows for the events to have a different number of obstacles without affecting your total score.
• To calculate your score, your highest 10 Trail Challenge (or OT with at least 5 miles of trail) scores will be accumulated first, followed by your next 10 highest scores from any type of event.
• Scores are based on the rider, multiple equines are allowed.
• Ties will be broken by pluses, rider score, rider pluses.
• The high score in Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced will be awarded a beautiful ETS Silver Buckle from Molly's Custom Silver !
