San Tan Mountain Park trails are very popular because they offer a unique perspective of the lower Sonoran Desert, with wonderful wildlife, plant life including crested saguaros and flowering cacti, hieroglyphs and scenic mountain views, including awesome views of the valley! The trails are beautiful this time of year! Plenty of parking, and overnight dry camping available.
Friday morning beautiful TC ride in San Tan Mountain Regional Park 6 -7 mile trail with 6 obstacles. There will be a riders briefing in the morning then we head out on the trail. You will ride in smaller staggered groups of 3-6 riders. The trail will be clearly marked for groups to follow and get to all 6 obstacles on the trail.
Our ride will be about 6- 7 miles long and is rated easy to moderate. Although the trails are not very rocky, there are rocky portions and it is recommended to have shoes or bring boots along.
Sorry NO FOOD will be available at this event, bring your own snacks and lunch. Saturday after the ride we can meet at San Tan Flats restaurant on the way home on Hunt Hwy. and Ellsworth if you'd like! There is plenty of trailer parking there!
Awards and Shout Outs will be directly after all the riders are in from the trail. Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced!

Friday after the ride we can all meet at San Tan Flats restaurant on the way home! Depending on the weather, we can use the beautiful patios or inside! Located on the south side of Hunt Hwy. and Ellsworth. Let me know that day if you'd like to come, so that we can reserve an area at the restaurant.
