About The Venue

Events will take place at the Clark County Event Center in the Dr. Jack Giesy Equestrian Arena. The arena has a total show area of 225' x 112', a warm-up area of 100' x 112', includes seating for approximately 225, wash rack and restrooms.

Event Details

HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AT ONE OF THE MANY NW ETS EVENTS THIS YEAR.  PLEASE JOIN ME AT THE MT ADAMS TRAIL CHALLENGE & THE BC MELLO ARENA EVENTS.

The Fun begins on Friday afternoon with an In-Hand Event.  This course will challenge your skills while showcasing your horse, mule or mini as you maneuver thru this exciting course, there will be some obstacles that you may have never seen before as well as some of those favorite obstacles. 

Saturday and Sunday will find you mounted and going thru obstacles that will test your skills and show the talent that you have inspired with your mount.  Different obstacles each day and the choice of 3 different levels will add to the fun and adventure that Equine Trail Sports brings to you.

Please note Companion Riders do not ride the obstacles in any events.  Due to the nature of this event, we will be unable to accept companion riders or handlers.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM ANY STATE OTHER THAN WASHINGTON PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE YOUR CURRENT HEALTH/TRAVEL CERTIFICATE AND RECORDS WITH YOU, IT IS REQUIRED.

The Terrain

All courses will take place indoors in the Dr Jack Giesy Equestrian Arena. The well maintained arena and warm up arena is suitable for all types of equines.  Shoes and boots are not required but as always well maintained hoofs are recommended.

Meals

Meals are on your own.  A variety of vendors are available on-premise during the expo and as always there are several restaurants close by including the Ilani Casino for your entertainment and enjoyment.

Awards

Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer!

Champion Buckles will be awarded for High Point Novice, Intermediate & Advanced based on WOA.

Overall High Point based on Raw Scores Buckle will be Awarded

Special Recognition Awards for Weekend Female, Male & Youth Partnership, as well as Senior Equine, Junior Equine, Senior Rider, Adult Rider, Junior Rider & Youth Rider.

Vote for your favorite Obstacle Each Day.  I'll post that information with pictures of that obstacle on the Equine Trail Sports Northwest Page and the Host page.

STALLS AND RV SPOTS ARE FULL AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Don't forget the Main Event Center and visit the numerous vendors, clinics, demos, and dining options.  The Saturday Night Extravaganza in a fun-filled event showcasing different equestrian styles and riders.

WE WILL HAVE A DONATION BOX AVAILABLE AGAIN THIS YEAR FOR PERSONAL ITEMS TO BE DONATED TO A CLARK COUNTY HOMELESS PROGRAMS, (TOOTH BRUSHES, TOOTH PASTE, CLOTHS SOAP, SAVING CREAM, RAZORS, FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS, DOG FOOD, NEW WASH CLOTHS & TOWELS).
