You can click MY SCORES and toggle the drop down menus to select your horses, riders, and the year to view all points accumulated. You will notice a Lifetime count of points in the upper right hand corner of the screen and showing you the award level achieved.
You can also search achievement level by searching your name or your equine's name on the Awards page.
All lifetime awards are distributed at our events during the awards ceremony. The ETS system will need to recognize your registration in order to ship your award. Be sure to register at least 2 weeks in advanced of the event so that your award is included in the shipment.
Unfortunately, our systems can only detect eligible equines once there is at least one point accumulated from an ETS event. If you only have ACTHA points, you will receive your award at your 2nd event attended.
Yes. You can email/call Customer Support to request that your equine receive their award:
(1) Request it be sent to the next event you attend. In this case, please be registered for that event before informing ETS.
(2) Submit a $10 processing fee to ETS to have ETS mail the award to you. You can call Customer Support with a credit card, or you can send a check to ETS, P.O. Box 342122, Austin TX, 78734.
