Event Details

This clinic will only be available to those individuals who have previously completed ALL the steps to becoming a certified judge.  

• Completed a Judges Clinic or Webinar 
• Completed the Knowledge Check 
• Completed the Practical Judging Exercise 
• Previously judged at 2 events 

You can see your judges status and the steps you have completed by logging into your ETS account and clicking on "My Account", "My Judges"  green checks will indicate completion. 

How to Register (easiest on a computer or turn your phone landscape) or Call 512-537-3961 for assistance:

• Click the Blue "Register" Button
• Add Emergency Contact in right hand corner of the page
• Using Drop Down Arrows Select Event, Select Participant, Select type as "Judge"
• Click "Add"
• Click the Blue "Sign Release" button under your name on the left side of screen
• Click "Register Now"
• You should get a pop-up box informing you that you have registered correctly

Webinar Details:

This is an online course scheduled for Sunday, April 2nd start time 5:45 p.m.  EDT.  (4:45 p.m CDT, 3:45 p.m. MDT, 2:45 p.m. PDT)   

Judges Webinar takes 2 hours. 

You will need to:

• have your own computer or tablet (phones will NOT work for viewing videos)  for scoring purposes
• be connected to the internet during the webinar  
• Our system works best with Google Chrome   
• Zoom link will be provided in an email to you the day of the webinar, to connected to everyone in the webinar
