We are blessed and thankful to hold our DO OVER event at the Gulhke's Farm in Davenport Washington. Todd & Lynn Gulhke has graciously invited us to their home farm to be able to complete the TC & OC events and series. This venue will offer us an area for our obstacle course, with the TC on the perimeter their wheat fields. Plenty of Dry Camping and a limited number of pens will be available.
IMPORTANT:
No smoking on the property/fields, etc. Smoking must be done in your private RV or vehicles.
Please stay do not drive on the lawn areas (green grass) & horses are not allowed on the grass.
Dogs must be kept on a leash or in containment at all times. Please bring poop bags to dispose of your dogs waste.
And Yes George, Buttercup & No Name will be waiting for you.
Saturday Trail Challenge (TC) – a relaxing mounted trail ride around the wheat fields with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome. Minors 17 & Under must wear a properly fitted SEI/ASTM approved helmet and must be accompanied by an adult while on the trail. We will play best 7 card poker hand (you will receive 8 cards).
Sunday Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arenas & pasture field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome. Minors 17 & Under must wear a properly fitted SEI/ASTM approved helmet.
OC will be in set up for enjoyment and challenges for all. We will be doing our TC in a wheat field, it will be primarily flat ground, with good footing. Obstacles are on natural ground which may contain some rocks, you know your equine and your choice is best, barefoot, boots or shod.
Breakfast & Lunch on your own
Potluck Saturday Evening. Bring your chair, your favorite side dish to share and of course your favorite beverage. We will provide pulled pork sandwiches & baked potatoes w/fixings. We will be celebrating all the accomplishments for this event and enjoying our time together.
Wonderful W/E Tournament Awards we will be combining the IH from Riverside and these two events to for the W/E High Point Awards.
Additional Awards and Beautiful Designed Buckles will be awarded to our Series Champions.
Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!
Beautiful ribbons - 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.
Equine Awards - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.
Rider Awards - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.
Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.
Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.

Google Maps can take you onto Hwy 231 it is not the best way to go!
From I-90 take Tokio exit 231, (tokio weigh station), turn L on Danekas Rd, Turn R on N Hills Rd, continue onto Harrington-Tokio Rd into Harrington, (turn L onto WA23N, then R on S 3rd Street, Slight Right onto WA-28E)follow signs toward Davenport Proceed East (R) on WA 2 for approximately 2 miles miles, turn left into drive (please drive slow to keep dust down. IF YOU REACH Oehlueim Rd you have gone too far. Look for ETS sign.
FROM: East you can take State Hwy 2 toward Davenport, as you near Davenport (about 2 miles from town) you will pass Oehlueim Rd. Driveway is on your Right.
