About The Venue

Four portable toilets throughout the park. Round pen, two wash racks, and treatment rack available.

There are multiple water spigots, along with limited access to electric.

Manure clean up is the responsibility of equine owner from ALL areas other than arena.

All pets shall be kept on leash (6 feet or less) and under control at all times. Please pick up after your pets. The park provides Dog Depots with gloves throughout park.

No glass containers allowed on park premises. Noise must shut down by midnight. No campfires.

Event Details

Saturday will be In Hand Arena event, with 8 obstacles

Sunday will be Obstacle Trail event, 2 miles, 8 obstacles

The Terrain

Arena is standard sand based footing

Trail is level, natural forest floor, with small crossover sections of dirt/sparse gravel

Meals

Competitors are self responsible. There are covered picnic tables with open grills available.

Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.

Charity donations are in honor of the William Patrick Memorial. A local 17 year old killed in a mountain biking accident at Kootenai Falls. DTSAR was organized in 1969 after a search for two young girls in the Ross Creek Cedars area of Lincoln County. They were responsible for the recovery of his body using cadaver dogs. It is his mother's wish that funds be used for the canine unit to support their efforts to help all those in need.
