About The Venue

Blue Peak Farm is nestled below the Oquirrh Mountains in Tooele County, Utah. The 105 acre farm is bordering the Pine Canyon Conservation area providing quiet and scenic trails directly from the property.

There is a limited amount of stalls and primitive camping available. There is plenty of Day use parking available to tie to trailers. 

Event Details

Saturday In-hand Obstacle Challenge (IH)  - The In-Hand event obstacles are completed on the ground (in-hand) in the arena. All riding disciplines are welcome.

Saturday Mounted Obstacle Challenge (OC)  - The Mounted event obstacles are completed while riding in the saddle in the arena. All riding disciplines are welcome.

Sunday Obstacle Trail (OT)  - A quiet 2 mile trail ride with judged obstacles placed on the property and on the trail course.   

The Terrain

Trail Obstacles are on natural ground which can include hard, sandy, some rocks, and hills. You know your equine and your choice is best, barefoot, boots or shod.

Meals

A Late Lunch/Early Dinner will be provided Saturday and Lunch will be provided Sunday to registered competitors. Additional Guest lunches/dinners can be purchased when you register for amenities. 

 

Awards

Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer!

Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!

Equine Carrot Club - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine. 

Star Rider Club - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. This kilt pin will come with an Equine Trail Sports iron-on patch to attach it to. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.

Additional Fees

Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration. 

Any on-site registrations will be collected the day of the event.

There is a $15 ranch fee collected at check in, per equine per day. Please indicate this in your amenity reservations.
