Heron Farm and Event Center is located in Chautauqua County New York offering over 10 miles of beautiful private trails.
A 4 bedroom house with a hot tub is available to book through Air BnB. Overnight camping is available at the Heron Farm and Events Center. Outdoor corral panel box stalls available for rent. There is a bathhouse on site with clean showers available. Outhouses and Port-o-johns are located throughout the entire property. Cabins, campers, pop ups, yurts, tent sites, and Camper/RV hookups are available to reserve. You can find more information and reserve through HipCamp and Air BnB at the link below. We are very excited to share this beautiful land with you and your horses.

Trail Challenge (TC) – a haunted trail ride with Halloween themed judged obstacles along the way. All riding disciplines are welcome.

In Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age.

Beautiful ribbons - 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.
Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!
Equine Awards - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.
Rider Awards - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.
Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.
Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.
BARN DANCE W LIVE MUSIC SAT 7pm
Stay overnight and ride the lighted haunted trails at night, it's a fun experience for horse and rider!
