About The Venue

The Weber Ranch is an AQHA-NRHA (reining) breeding & professional multi-disciplines facility on 20 acres property in Pinedale, Arizona, who GRACIOUSLY offered us their private riding arena to use for obstacle area for a day. 

For Daily Haul-in and   there will be more camping sites in progress at OTHER locations.

Weber Ranch Rules:

NEW RULE UPDATE:

All people MUST clean up after their horses. Last year, there were a number of stalls left dirty,  manure just dumped outside the stall  or thrown out the back of their trailers or left in piles where their temporary stalls were built in the arena - even though we had designated areas for manure.   I will have a couple designated area by the stalls marked “dump manure here”.  We ask that when you leave our facility how they found it when they arrived -  and hay & manure from their horse(s) or from their trailers be cleaned up.  BE RESPECTFUL on PRIVATE PROPERTY. 

Dogs must be on a leash at ALL times and cleaned up after. DO NOT ENTER their driveway or go up to the House and buildings. This is a breeding farm, please keep your horses away from their stocks. Please respect their privacy by limiting yourself and horses to the arena and  out on trails only and water source access. Coggins is only required for Out of State. 

Event Details

Saturday

In Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age.

Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome.

The Terrain

The Obstacle Course and In Hand events will be split between Sandy arena and in the pasture with dirt mixture footing.

Meals

There are several restaurants within 30 minutes’ drive from Pinedale after the events. Check out The Livery on 260 in Clay Springs for delicious sandwiches and homemade ice cream! Also Check out The Cabin Bar & Grill for Karaoke on Friday night as well!

Awards

Beautiful ribbons - 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.

Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!

Equine Awards - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine. 

Rider Awards - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden. 

Additional Fees

Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.

Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.
