Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center (EOTEC) is the best arena facility in Eastern Oregon. Built on 55 acres with beautiful facilities that is attractive, safe, and state of the art. We will have use of a large outdoor arena, smaller warm-up area, plenty of RV hook-ups, and stalls for everyone.
Restaurants and shopping nearby. Conveniently located just off HWY 395, home of the famous Farm City Pro Rodeo.
All horses will be required to be in a stall at EOTEC, no self-containment is allowed at this facility, nor are they allowed to be tied to your trailers.
Amenities:
RV sites with water and electricity
Stalls 12X12
Clean bathrooms and showers
Dry camping available
Pets allowed on leash only. (must be on leash at all times)
No horses in camping area, we will have 4-wheelers available to help with tack. (tack stalls are available).
Saturday
In Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age.
Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All equines and riding disciplines are welcome.
Sunday

Eastern Oregon Event & Trade Center; Sandy arena, some gravel and rocks. Barefoot friendly

Potluck Saturday Night: Please bring your favorite dish to share. Bring your own beverages,

Beautiful ribbons - 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced!
1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17),
1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12),
1st place Newcomer. (high point new ETS participant)
Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!
Equine Awards - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.
Rider Awards - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.
Weekend High Point Awards: Novice, Intermediate and Advanced prizes.
Blue Mountain Series High Point Awards: Trophy Belt Buckles will be awarded on June 28. Must attend both weekends to qualify for Series High Point Buckles.
**Please Note**: Payment for ALL Amenities (camping stalls etc.) reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration. This includes camping fees, pens and daily haul in fees. Check, Cash or Venmo please.
Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.

Follow Google directions, then signs when you arrive at EOTEC. You will enter EOTEC off of S. Ott Road. (Not the Main Entrance) We will have signs up to direct you to the camping and stall area. Check in for stalls and camping will be at the gate upon entering.
