The Piedmont Saddle Club was created in 1950 as a place that horse lovers could come, enjoy their horses and fellowship with other horse lovers. 76 Years later, the Piedmont Saddle Club is still in existence and still providing a place for horse lovers to come and fellowship.
Below stalls & camping are available, please reserve when registering.
Saturday
Obstacle Trail (OT) – a relaxing short trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome.
In Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age.
Sunday
Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome.
Arena has sandy footing, driveway into area has gravel.
Trail - soft loamy paths with some rocks
Breakfast will be items like bagels, cream cheese, muffins, coffee and orange juice.
The meals for Saturday/Sunday will be supplied by the Piedmont Saddle Club members. Saturday's theme will be Homestyle Comfort foods and Sunday's theme will be Mexican Style foods. Tea, Lemonade, and water will be included.
There will be a delicious assortment that is well worth $10/meal.
Beautiful ribbons - 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.
Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!
Equine Awards - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.
Rider Awards - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.
Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.
Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.
