Double D.A.B stables has been a riding stable for 50 years . We have around 90 Horses and a handful of other farm animals for your enjoyment . The stable has founded our own sanctuary ( Promise for life ) for elderly and disabled horses to live out their retirement days with dignity .
Our trails go deep into the 400 acres of wilderness with hills to traverse, creeks to cross, and ponds to ride alongside. Our property has its own nature preserve of untouched forest, so you will see wildlife. We even have a Historical Native American burial site, so please be respectful.
We may have horses to lease for the event. Please contact the stable directly if you are interested in an interview and pricing.
Sunday
Trail Challenge (TC) – a relaxing trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome.
The trails are usable all year long as they have been packed down by decades of trail rides. There is some mud, but not enough to sink and there are some rocky areas that consist of flat river stones, nothing sharp.
Free picnic lunch for all . Reserve per person at registry so we have enough .
