About The Venue

We will be using Black Prong Equestrian Center for this event. We will be given OFF SEASON rates and no minimum stay required, make sure they know you are coming for the ETS event. Black Prong Equestrian Center has sooooooooo much to offer us....including a highway bridge for just the guests, a horse maze and many many carriage obstacles that we can have a blast with. They have even added some new stuff just for us, you know I have been planning some FUN!!!  There will even be a few water obstacles with excellent photo ops!!!

Special Announcement - We would like to start out the giving season early, along with raising money for our charity we would like to do a Toy Drive in cooperation with the local FFA -  This toy drive helps the local community.   By bringing a Toy for our toy drive you will receive 1 additional ticket (1 per person per day)  for the prize buckets!  

Event Details

Friday:  Nancy Slater Parelli Professional Obstacle workshops (scroll down for more info)

Saturday Trail challenge -  6 obstacles and trail through the Black Prong Equestrian Center and Goethe State Forest 

Saturday Obstacle Challenge - 8 obstacles at the Black Prong Equestrian Center.  If doing multiple events, you will be required to do obstacle and in hand event prior to trail 

Saturday In Hand Obstacle Challenge –  This Starts at 9:30 a.m.  8 obstacles at the Black Prong Equestrian Center to be done on the ground.  Great for young, older and green horses or those who like to compete with groundwork.  

Sunday Trail Challenge -  6 obstacles and trail through the Black Prong Equestrian Center and Goethe State Park 

The Terrain

Terrain will be sand with some rocky soil, shoes are not necessary but if your horse is sensitive consider boots (we have multiple boot sponsors so you might win a pair :) 

Meals

No food is available on location but there is a local Resturant and Convenience store with remarkably good food less than a mile down the road ;) 

Awards

THIS IS IT!!!  We give away all our prizes at this event including the prizes that you have been putting your tickets in all year long!!!  Remember you must be present to win (unless otherwise noted).

Additional Fees

There is a ranch fee of $15.00 (cash only) for those only coming to participate for the day.
