About The Venue

Hoofbeat Park is located in the beautiful Russian River wine country region of Sonoma County. There's a clubhouse, 100 x 200 all-weather sand arena, 60 x 60 sand warm up arena, 50' round pen, 20 pipe paddocks, bleachers and restrooms.

 Getaway Horseplay North Bay #4

  Hoofbeat Park

This is #4 in a series of four obstacle course events in Napa, Marin, Solano and Sonoma counties.

Since this is the last event we will be having the Series Highpoint Tournament awards ceremony afterwards. ETS members that competed in 3 out of 4 Getaway Horseplay North Bay events have qualified for the Series Highpoint Tournament. You do not need to be present if you have already qualified, however, we hope you attend the last event!

Every event will have 8 obstacles.  Each obstacle has a challenge level  (1) Novice, (2) Intermediate or (3) Advance. Choose whichever level, at any obstacle, that best suits you and your horse. Obstacles are not timed.

It's all about Ride for Fun, Ride to Learn! Every event will have 8 obstacles.  Each obstacle has a challenge level  (1) Novice, (2) Intermediate or (3) Advance. Choose whichever level, at any obstacle, that best suits you and your horse. Obstacles are not timed.

Flat, sand arenas. Dirt/grass areas.

Awards

Ribbons 1st - 6th place at every event for Novice, Intermediate and Advance divisions.

ETS member must compete in 3 out of 4 Getaway Horseplay North Bay events to qualify for the Series Highpoint Tournament! For more information visit the ETS Tournaments page.

Grand Champion Buckles and Reserve Champion Medals to Novice, Intermediate and Advance divisions.

EQUINE CARROT CLUB

Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine Placement Points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.

STAR RIDER CLUB

You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. This kilt pin will come with an Equine Trail Sports iron on patch to attach the kilt pin. Rider Placement Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.

Morning session 9am-12:00pm

Afternoon session 1pm-4pm

3 hour session Cost $75  Limited to 6 riders.  Any breed or discipline.  Novice, Intermediate or Advance horses and riders.

 Get useful tips for navigating obstacles, performing maneuvers and building a horse's confidence.
