7IL Ranch is a 1.150 acre working cattle ranch founded in 1856. With over 30 miles of permanently marked barefoot friendly trails through gently rolling fields, woods and shallow creeks the ranch is a favorite for trail and endurance riders. The ranch also boasts its newest addition; an impressive obstacle course with over 20 challenging obstacles.
The ranch is open all year round for camping and riding.
The ranch has a large lighted outdoor arena, round pens, climate controlled restrooms with showers and a large enclosed pavilion for meetings and meals.
RV Hookups with water and electricity, primitive camping and horse pens are available and can be reserved online at ReserveAmerica.com
Dogs are allowed and MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Dogs are not allowed on the course or during meals in the pavilion,
Enjoy friendly competition, kinship and lots of riding at beautiful 7IL Ranch. Friday we will have an early check-in starting @ 4:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday enjoy 6-10 challenging and fun trail stations to test you and your equine partner's horsemanship skills. Riders who like to "move out" on the trail will be able to sign up for the "Tally Ho" ride-out group which will start first on the course.

Barefoot friendly gently rolling trails wind through pastures and woods with shallow creek crossings.
Enjoy some home cookin during the weekend pulled pork sandwiches and chips on Saturday and Chili dogs with all the fixing on Sunday lunch.
Meals available for purchase with sign up. We will have extra for sale, but it will be on a first come first serve basis so put your order in early!
Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! As usual, we will have our door prizes!

However, you will have to pay the ranch fee of $20 per day or $30 per weekend per horse when you arrive at the ranch.

From Houston (I-10): Take I-10 West to Sealy (50 miles). Go North on 36 (2 miles). Turn Left on FM 1094 and go 11 miles. Turn Right on FM 949 and go .2 mile. Turn Left on Mill Creek Rd. (after bridge the road Ys, stay to right) 7IL entrance is on the Left 2.5 miles. Look for the Texas Flag Mailbox. From San Antonio (I-10): Take I-10 East to Exit 704 (FM 949) Go Left (north) on FM 949 about 11.7 miles to 1094. Cross 1094 and go . 2 mile. Turn Left on Mill Creek Road. (after bridge the road Ys, stay to right) 7IL entrance is on the Left 2.5 miles. Look for the Texas Flag Mailbox. From Brenham (290): Take 36 S. To Bellville, go around Court House, at the Traffic Light take a Right. After trailer company, turn Right on Hacienda (at traffic light). (go 1.7 miles) Turn Left on Mill Creek Rd. (the road Ys, stay left) 7IL entrance is on the Right (3.7miles) look for the Texas Flag Mailbox. From Hempstead (290): Take 159 to Bellville. Cross Railroad tracks and turn Left at Light. After trailer company, turn Right on Hacienda (at traffic light) (go 1.7 miles) Turn Left on Mill Creek Rd. (the road Ys stay left) 7IL entrance is on the Right (3.7 miles) look for the Texas Flag Mailbox. From Dallas (45): I-45 S (129 miles) Exit 146 toward Tx-75 to Madisonville (go 4.5 miles), Right at 190 (go .2 mile), Left at 90 (go 42.4 miles) Left at Hwy 6 S. (go 20 miles to Hempstead)Take 159 to Bellville (go 15.5 miles). Cross Railroad tracks and turn Left at Light. After trailer company, turn Right on Hacienda (at traffic light) (go 1.7 miles) Turn Left on Mill Creek Rd. (the road Ys stay left) 7IL entrance is on the Right (3.7 miles) look for the Texas Flag Mailbox.
