About The Venue

Triangle H Farm, LLC in Edwardsville, IL is owned and operated by Marcy and Jeff Heepke who have been in business since 2002 proudly serving the needs of horses and their equestrians. We offer a wide variety of unique lessons, horse training services, shows, events, and boarding. 

Our 4 acre obstacle course and playground offer many fun things to challenge you and your horse to strengthen your relationship. Triangle H Farm, LLC offers two outdoor arenas. The large show arena measures 200 x 300, the other schooling pen is 82 x 120. The indoor arena is 80 x 120 and has bleachers, sound system, 2 sets of dressage letters, dust-free sand footing and many obstacles and jumps from which to choose. The trails have obstacles and jumps out on them as well. 

We also offer overnight boarding for your horse in stalls (sawdust provided), pens, paddocks or pastures. For those wanting to camp, we have several places to plug in your trailer. We do not have water hookups, but you can use the hydrant to fill your tanks with our city water. No sewer or dump stations. We do have a community fire pit which is the only place on the farm authorized to have a campfire.

Event Details

We are very excited to offer the Saturday morning In-Hand Obstacle Course, Saturday afternoon Trail & Obstacle Clinic opportunities taught by Clinician Marcy Heepke.

Sunday morning combination Obstacle Course & 2 Mile Trail Ride, and Sunday afternoon Mounted Obstacle Course.

The Terrain

Triangle H Farm offers hundreds of acres of trails to enjoy with your horse including farm fields, timber, hills, and creeks.  No boots or shoes required.

Meals

Andy's Cowboy BBQ will be serving Lunch both Saturday and Sunday. Please sign up for meals on this site so Andy can prepare enough food. You will pay Andy for lunch directly at the events.

We are having a potluck dinner (optional to bring food) Saturday night including a bonfire. This is open to everyone. Again, please sign up on this site so we know how to plan. Thanks a bunch! :) 

Awards

Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place in each of the following divisions: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced, 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer!

Winners also pick off of the prize table for some cute and interesting awards.

Additional Opportunities

 We are also offering two Saturday afternoon Trail & Obstacle Clinics taught by Host Marcy Heepke.

Choose from the Novice clinic from 1 to 2:30 pm or the Advanced clinic from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. Each clinic is limited to 10 people. There is one private lesson slot open Saturday at 4 pm. 

If you’re hauling into school the trails or an obstacle course not being used in the competition, please check in at registration to sign a waiver and pay the $25 schooling fee.
