About The Venue

All-natural terrain. Obstacle course set over 5+ acres of rolling grass and dirt hills.  Over 50 obstacles are available to challenge both the beginner and the extreme rider.   

We're excited to show you some of the new obstacles that Cindy & Bill have been working on.  

Don't forget to take a look at the new Mules and Long Horns but please don't touch.  PLEASE RESPECT THE OWNERS PRIVACY AND NOT NOT WANDER AROUND THE HOUSE & BARNS.

Event Details

This is the FINAL weekend of a Cascade Series Tournament.

Friday is arrival day.

Saturday will be an In-Hand Course and Mounted Obstacle Course.

IF THERE IS ENOUGH INTEREST: Saturday 50/50 Jack Pot Obstacle Run:  $25 Entry Fee, 50% to Winner, 50% to Judges.  Time will be the tie breaker, if needed.  Sign up between 1-2 at registration desk.  Obstacles will be designated.  This will be a  fun event and a great way to spend your afternoon and awards or just on its own! (this does not count for ETS Placement points, Ranking points, or tournaments) 

Riders will have three minutes to get through as many designated obstacles as they can. Ten obstacles will be designated and will each have a value.  Maps and course walk thru at 2:45.  Obstacles will have no order, obstacles can be repeated, however, obstacle can not be repeated immediately. Payout and special awards will be presented at Sunday Awards. Random Draw for Order of Go.

Sunday will be a Mounted Obstacle Course. 

PLEASE DO NOT PRACTICE ON ANY OBSTACLES WHILE YOU ARE ON COURSE

The Terrain

Obstacles are on natural ground which contains some rocks, you know your equine and your choice is best, barefoot, boots or shod.

Meals

Breakfast & Lunch on your own both days.

Saturday night bring your favorite side dish to share as we gather for our great Pot Luck.  Don't forget to bring your beverage of choice. YARD YATZEE will of course happen after dinner.

Awards

Daily Awards: Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer!

Weekend High Point Awards to Novice, Intermediate & Advanced Divisions.  

Jack Pot Payout and Special Awards

Cascade Series Tournament Awards Novice, Intermediate & Advanced as well as Series Overall Raw Score High Point.

This is the 4th weekend of 13 events in the CASCADE SERIES. The first 3 events will take place in May 27-28 at Beam Ranch and in June 24-25 in Glenwood, WA and July 28-30 at BC Mello.  Refer to Tournament for additional Series information.

Additional Fees

Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.  CHECK OR CASH ONLY PLEASE.

Event fee if not paying to Dry Camp or Pen $15 per day payable at check in.
