About The Venue

Ustengo is proud to present the Spokane River Faire North at the 7 Mile Airstrip at Riverside State Park just outside of Spokane, Washington.  

This is a new location!  It will be held at the 7 Mile Airstrip of Riverside State Park.  Access is at the Wilbur Trailhead in Riverside State Park.

There is plenty of dry camping available that will accommodate any size rig.   You must be totally self sufficient.  There are no hookups.  Water is available.  Porta Potties will be onsite.  Generators must be off the ground.  This is a pack it in, pack it out area including manure and trash.  Camping fee is $12 per night, payable at the kiosk, on site.  We will have registration envelopes for the camping available.  Please have cash or check.

You will need to have a Washington Discover Pass unless you are camping.  It is best to obtain this online or from a licensed vendor.  Day Passes are available on-site.  Annual Passes are $30 and Day Passes are $10.  Here is the Website information https://parks.state.wa.us/167/Discover-Pass-fees for Discover passes.

There are 25 miles of trails that wrap around the Spokane River available for trail riding.  

Event Details

There will be an In-Hand Challenge on Friday evening and Trail Challenges Saturday and Sunday, covering between 6 and 7 miles with obstacles located throughout the northern area of Riverside State Park near Spokane, WA.  

The Terrain

The terrain is natural.  The footing varies from dirt to pine needle covered natural ground cover.   Most trails are wide and easy and there may be some single track.  You will encounter hills, rocks, gravel, and water.  The trail is designed to be beginner safe.  This is a multi-use area and hikers and cyclists may be encountered.

Please, you know your equine and your choice is best. Barefoot, Booted or Shod.
