Tri-Cities Horsemen's Association is a local equestrian organization that manages and maintains the arena at Radke-Martinez Regional Shoreline. The arena is located next to the Bay and offers a cool breeze on the hottest days! Easy access and lots of room for rigs!
Fees to be paid on site:
The railroad tracks run alongside the perimeter of the arena grounds so trains do pass by.
Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the arena.
All pens must be cleaned and manure must be picked up and deposited in manure bin before leaving, thank you!
This two day activity includes FOUR events in the arena (no trail).
Saturday and Sunday In Hand Obstacle Challenges will be in the morning. The In Hand obstacles are to be completed dismounted. You may be saddled, halters with leads are recommended. All non-riding equines are welcome and encouraged to compete.
Saturday and Sunday Mounted Obstacle Challenges are in the afternoon. The mounted OCs are completed while riding in saddle. All riding disciplines are welcome as well as bit-less headstalls.
Weekend High Point Awards by Bracket!
This weekend will be events 5 through 8 of the Play By The Bay Buckle Tournament.
Buckles will be awarded at end of Sunday!
Sand footing in arena, outside of arena dry grass hard packed ground.
Cook Shack will be open from 11:00 - 2:00 Saturday with assorted lunch options at reasonable prices. Unfortunately it will not be open on Sunday.;
Lots of great restaurants and micro breweries are available nearby for dinner!
Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer!
Weekend Highpoint Bracket Tournament.
This weekend will also be events 5 through 8 of the Play By The Bay Buckle Bracket, & Junior Tournament.
Buckles will be awarded at the end of Sunday!
Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.

From Ferry Street, cross the railroad tracks and turn right onto Joe DiMaggio Dr. Turn right at the Bocce Ball courts and follow the railroad tracks to the end. Arena is located at the end of Joe DiMaggio Dr. past the baseball fields.
