About The Venue

We're excited to be holding the first part of our Silver State Summer Obstacle Series at the Dayton Rodeo grounds in Dayton Nevada! This first event will consist of obstacles around and in the arena only. The Dayton arena is a really nice well-maintained arena. There is plenty of parking for all-sized rigs. 

Event Details

This will be the first set of events in our Silver State Summer Obstacle Challenge Series. We encourage all participants to enter both In Hand and Mounted events. 

In Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age.

Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome.

Please pack your trash out with you.  

Please dispose of your manure in the designated area.

Please keep all dogs on a leash or contained at all times and please pick up after them.

The Terrain

Sand Arena Footing. The event will take place in and around the arena. Footing is suitable for all equines. 

Meals

Assorted Sandwiches will be brought in, chips and drinks. 

Awards

Beautiful ribbons 1st-3rd place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced!

Additional Fees

Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration. Fees can be paid onsite via cash, PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo.
