About The Venue

All Seasons Lodge and Ranch is on 5 acres property right next door to the National Forest in Overgaard, Arizona, who graciously offered us their parking area to use for camping and overnight stabling and Trail access in rear for Trail Challenge.  You may encounter some wild horses, cattle, elk and deer along the way.

Event Details

UPDATED EARLY RIDEOUT TIMES starting 9am!!!

Both Friday and Sunday morning Trail Challenges (TC) - a relaxing trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome. Course will begin in the arena. We will ride from the arena to the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest for a 5-mile round trip trail with 6 obstacles!

Saturday morning In Hand (IH) a dismounted event, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age. Event in area outside of camping and along the forest trail behind the stables with 8 obstacles.

Then, break for obstacle changes to start the Obstacle Course (OC) a mounted event with 8 obstacles.   A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome.

The Terrain

The Obstacle Course and In Hand events will be in the dirt/manure mixture in Big Field.

Our TC rides will be about 5 miles long towards Shaded Tall Timbers forest are rated easy to moderate.  

Meals

No food or water on site. Please come prepared.  Working on lunch concession for Saturday. Several restaurants, hotels, and variety of stores within 3-30 miles in each direction like Heber, Show Low or Taylor-Snowflakes.

Awards

Beautiful ribbons 1st-3rd place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.

Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) - Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!

Equine Carrot Club - Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine. 

Star Rider Club - You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. This kilt pin will come with an Equine Trail Sports iron-on patch to attach it to. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden. 

Additional Fees

Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.

There is a $16 ranch fee per day per equine for folks who are not camping.

Overnight Dry Camping available $20 per night.  Reservation required. There's Bathrooms available on site.

Bring Your Own Panels BYOP for your horses.

Pay at Check-In or Pay Online with Zelle, Venmo & Paypal.

  • No Hookups but water is at the property
  • Clean your stalls and pile manure outside of your pen
  • Put your name and phone number on Halter hung on panels in case of emergency.
